Prepare a glaze of sour cream and chocolate and finally pour over the entire dessert.

Let it harden again and you can cut.

The dessert is more festive than the usual dessert you prepare for coffee. It is especially suitable for celebrations or family visits.

If you love chocolate, you must try this cake. It is very easy to make and we can keep it cold for a week. I discovered the cake at a boarding house in Moeciu and I didn't leave until they gave me the recipe. We can use any other dried fruit, we can also change the weight because it does not influence the cake in any way.

  • 300 gr grated dark chocolate
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 100 g of finely chopped dried apricots
  • 200 gr ground almonds
  • 100 gr raisins (I soaked them in hot water with rum before using them)
  • 200 gr ground hazelnuts
  • 50 gr finely chopped dates
  • rum, vanilla, peak salt
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gradually add the sugar.

Wallpaper a small cake tray with baking paper and put the composition in the oven over medium heat.
