Ingredient:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1/2 kg carrots
  • 1/2 kg canned peas
  • 2 celery
  • 1/2 kg of pickled cucumbers
  • 1/2 kg of beef
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 l oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 raw or pickled donuts
  • salt

  • 6-10 pitted olives

  • boiled egg white slices
  • parsley leaves

Method of preparation:

Wash the meat, cut it into large slices and boil it in a small bowl with enough water to cover it. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, discard the water, wash the meat and put 3 liters of cold water in it. a bigger pot. Boil the meat in a covered bowl for half an hour, then put the carrots, the 2 celery and the peeled and washed potatoes. Add salt.

Boil the vegetables and meat for another 45 minutes, then remove them from the soup with a whisk, let them cool for a quarter of an hour, then cut them into very small cubes.
