How to prepare rock:
1. Put in a bowl / bowl sifted flour, oil, salt and yeast, then add warm water. Knead until you get an elastic and non-sticky dough.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave to rise for 1 hour (if time does not allow you can skip this step)
2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and spread it with the rolling pin.
3. Grease the pizza pan with oil and place the dough. Using a brush, spread the ketchup, then put half of the grated mozzarella, ham / salami, olives and mushrooms washed and drained of water. On top, grate the rest of the mozzarella and garnish with a little ketchup.
4. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
