The mushrooms are washed and cut, but not very small, the onion and carrot are cleaned and washed, then cut into small pieces.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, heat the onion and the carrot for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms.
Let them boil over medium heat until the juice left by them decreases. When they are ready, season to taste, add the finely chopped garlic and sprinkle the green parsley on top.
