I don't even know if I can call it a recipe with tuna and sour cream. Basically, boil some pasta, add sour cream, tuna and garlic.

One of the evenings when the Finns from Constanta slept with us, our friend & # 8211, the father of the Finns, offered to prepare dinner.

Said and done. He showed me that even when you don't cook for hours, you can put tasty food on the table. The children devoured everything. Even mine, which is not a lover of tone. I also put a few capers on my plate. But they are not necessarily necessary.

But we never put Parmesan cheese. In pasta recipes with fish and seafood, Parmesan cheese is completely excluded because it does not fit.

This recipe is part of the simple, fast and good category! On high heat we don't want to stay too long with the stove on, so the cooking time of some pasta won't bother us too much & # 8230

There are people who do not conceive that canned tuna should not be cooked. But, this is exactly the idea of a can. I'm thinking of a tuna salad, in which we also find many fresh vegetables, how are they going to cook the tuna?

This banal recipe was then to the liking of many people who tried it. Over time I have prepared many recipes with tone. You will find them in this link: writing this post I made as a recipe prepared by my daughter from Galati: pasta with tuna, capers and tomato juice, the recipe he also prepared for a dinner at our house.

But, now I let you see how fast it is to prepare pasta with tuna and sour cream.

INGREDIENT:

400 g paste
250 g tuna in oil (olive)
300-350 g fat cream - 24% fat (I use Muller)
3-4 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper

For decoration:
tone
basil leaves

Boil the pasta in salted water and 1 tablespoon of oil, according to the instructions on the package, then drain.

While they are boiling, grind the tuna in oil with a fork (along with the oil), then mix it with sour cream, crushed garlic, a little salt and a little freshly ground pepper. We keep a few strands of tuna for the decoration of the plate.

Pour the sauce over the drained pasta and mix until smooth.

Put the pasta in the plates, garnish with a few pieces of preserved tuna and small basil leaves. We serve them immediately!

1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them briefly in 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a hot pan. Add a pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt.

2. Add the diced tomatoes to the broth, mix and leave for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

3. After a few minutes of bubbling, slowly add the olives.

4. After another 2 minutes, open the canned tuna and put it in the sauce. Add the chopped parsley and turn off the heat. Because I like more spicy and garlic pasta, I add 2 cloves of garlic and a pinch of pepper at the end.

5. Boil the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes. We taste the spaghetti, not to boil them too much but to stay al dente. We take them out into a larger strainer to drain the water. Do not pass the pasta under a stream of cold water until you use it in salads, in which case the starch resulting from boiling would soak the salad. Prepared with sauce, the starch helps the sauce to adhere well to pasta and thus to fulfill the taste and as a result I do not wash them.

Gluten-free pasta with mushrooms and tricolor peppers

This month, being the month designated for love, I was invited to participate in the campaign "We love and give with Schar" organized by Schar and Celiaci.ro.
This campaign encourages us to give love to our loved ones, especially by preparing the healthiest and most appetizing food possible.
And for all this to happen, there are Gluten-free Schar products, from which I chose for this recipe, pasta.

We like pasta, so we prepared with great pleasure and dedication, this recipe in which we slipped that special ingredient: love.

But that's not all, I challenge you to a beautiful contest, in which you have to leave a comment on the recipes posted, through which to give a good thought, a beautiful life story, a lived experience, and those from Schar will choose a person they will reward with gluten-free products for a whole month.
Portions: 4
Preparation time: 35 minutes
[ingredients title = & # 8221Ingrediente & # 8221]

  • 250 g paste- penne, gluten free
  • the water
  • salt
  • 100 g butter (65%)
  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g white mushroom mushrooms
  • 250 g brown mushroom mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • tricolor peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a little grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • 2-3 strands of green parsley
  • 1-2 dill threads
  • 50 g parmesan

[preparation title = & # 8221Preparation & # 8221]

Bring water to a boil with a tablespoon of salt, and when it reaches boiling point, add the pasta and let them boil until they are slightly penetrated.

We don't boil them at all, just enough to penetrate easily.
Drain them from the water in which they boiled and pass them through melted butter and flavored with garlic and basil leaves.

We spin them two or three times in butter, then let them cool.
For the sauce, heat the chopped onion scales together with the crushed garlic, in butter and olive oil, until it becomes glassy, then add a teaspoon of sugar, to caramelize easily.

Add the mushrooms and let them simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, to penetrate evenly.

Leave them on the fire for about 15-20 minutes, then add the julienned tricolor pepper and mix it lightly among the mushrooms.

When the pepper starts to penetrate easily, add the coconut milk, then the basil leaves and grated ginger, adjust the taste with salt and leave the sauce on the fire for 5-6 minutes, for 2-3 boils, no more.
Serve the pasta with this sauce and decorate them with parmesan flakes, a little green parsley and a little green dill.

When preparing mushrooms, we must not add salt from the beginning, so as not to get too juicy. The salt helps the mushrooms to leave all their juice during the preparation.
May it be useful to you!
